Mobile Innovations Corporation has its registered offices at 5833 Marshall Road, Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, L2G 0M5. In this Privacy Policy, the terms “Mobile Innovations Corporation,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the company headquartered at the registered address above.
Mobile Innovations Corporation is committed to protecting the privacy and security of individuals employed by organizations who use our applications and services. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed through our mobile applications, web services, and related platforms (collectively referred to as the “Services”). It also describes the choices available to users and organizations regarding the use of that information.
Our services may be delivered through smartphone, tablet and/or desktop applications, integrated mobile platforms, web portals, and authorized third-party integrations such as telematics platforms. Some Mobile Innovations applications may operate in conjunction with services provided by third-party providers, including telematics platforms such as Geotab, and may be hosted on a secure cloud.

Data Collected Through the Use of Mobile Innovations Services
Data collected through the use of Mobile Innovations applications may include operational information necessary for the Services to function. Depending on applications and configuration used by the employing organization, this data may include unique user identifiers, device identifiers, operational records, service activity data, and location information collected through GPS, Wi-Fi positioning, or wireless network triangulation.
For applications such as The Services and other operational tools that support fleet management, dispatch, patrol operations, electronic ticketing, field reporting, digital notebooks, case management, or service coordination, location data may be collected during designated work hours in order to support operational oversight, service coordination, safety monitoring, and reporting functions.
Location data collection is typically configured and controlled by the employing organization that deploys the Services. The Services is intended for professional operational use within agencies and organizations that manage their own operational databases and administrative access controls.
Integration with Third-Party Systems
Some Mobile Innovations applications may be configured to operate with third-party systems, such as Geotab telematics platforms, or with other enterprise systems and databases used by client organizations.
When configured with such systems, information collected through applications may be transmitted to and stored within the organization’s authorized system, secured cloud or database environment. By installing and using applications within an organizational deployment, users acknowledge that operational data generated through the Services may be transmitted to systems managed by their employer or by the authorized account holder of that system.
Sharing of Information
Mobile Innovations does not sell, rent, or provide collected operational or location data to third parties for advertising or consumer analytics purposes.
Information collected through our applications is shared only with authorized users, administrators, and systems designated by the organization operating the Services, and only for purposes related to:
- operational management
- service delivery
- safety monitoring
- reporting and compliance requirements
- internal organizational administration
Access to this information is governed by the policies and access controls established by the organization deploying the Services.
Location Data and Work Hours
Certain Mobile Innovations applications, including The Services and other operational monitoring tools, may collect location data only during work hours or operational duty periods, depending on how the applications are configured by the employing organization.
Users may stop location collection by removing the relevant application from their device or by following the configuration policies established by their employing organization.
Data Control by Client Organizations
Organizations deploying Mobile Innovations applications maintain administrative control over user accounts, operational configurations, and data retention policies within their own systems or connected third-party platforms.
Mobile Innovations provides the technology platform used by these organizations but does not control the operational policies governing how agencies manage their own operational data.
Data Security
Mobile Innovations Corporation maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Because many Mobile Innovations applications are deployed within enterprise environments managed by client organizations, certain aspects of data storage, retention, and access control may be governed by those organizations’ security policies or those of their authorized technology providers.
